Who processes your data

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange a booking: your name, a way to reach you, and what you want to do. We do not ask for an identity document to answer a question.

The purpose is specific: to answer your enquiry about a tour or transfer, arrange the booking and provide the service. We do not use your data for anything else and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

For how long

We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to deal with it and, where a booking goes ahead, for the period Peruvian accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law 29733 you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to info@sacredlaketitikaka.com. We answer within the period the law sets.

Cookies

This site uses the technical cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics in future, those cookies will load only after you accept, and refusing will carry the same weight as accepting.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on our provider's infrastructure and email is handled by an external service, which means data may be stored on servers outside Peru. By sending us an enquiry you accept that cross-border flow, limited to the purpose described.
