Under Peru's Consumer Protection and Defence Code, Sacred Lake Servicios Turísticos S.C.R.L. makes this digital complaints book available to its customers. You can file a claim, if your issue is with the service you booked, or a complaint, if it is with the treatment you received.
On filing you will receive a sequential registration code and a copy by email. Sacred Lake will respond within the period set by the applicable regulation.
